NOTE THESE ARE SAFETY PRECAUTIONS, NOT INTRODUCTIONS ON HOW TO MOUNT TIRES.
Only trained and experienced tire service personnel should undertake this hazardous work.
Always deflate tires completely before removing lock ring or side ring.
Always inspect and clean all rim parts before assembly.
Never use cracked, bent, dented, or badly rusted rim parts.
Always be sure that rim diameter and tire diameter are the same.
Always use new tubes and new flaps in new tires.
Always lubricate the base of the tube, the flap and beads as directed. Use only an approved lubricant.
Always ensure the tire interior is dry before mounting. Moisture inside a tire can damage the tire.
Never exceed 40 P.S.I to seat tire beads.
Always inflate tires in a safety cage or other restraint device.
Always use a clip-on chuck with gauge and an extension hose to inflate tires and stand away from the tire and rim while inflating.
After beads are seated, install valve core and inflate to recommended cold operating pressure.
